The HBA Ambassador Program is a benefit to Purple, Gold and Silver level HBA corporate partners. The program is HBA's solution for our corporate partners to accelerate the development, advancement and visibility of their talent pool. At its most basic, it is essentially a customizable year-long leadership development program that engages between 15-30 company employees as "Ambassadors," who work to achieve individual success metrics, group initiatives alongside HBA-trained advisors.
