Corporate Relations

Corporate relations is responsible for interacting and engaging HBA's corporate customers: building new business, expanding Corporate Partner relationships, soliciting sponsorship for chapter/regional events and driving HBA's entrenchment inside companies.

Membership and Volunteer Experience (formerly Engagement)

Responsible for all membership, volunteer engagement activities: engaging regional members, regional volunteer placement, tracking and recognition, and supporting the chapters within the region with their engagement goals.

Marketing and Communications

Marketing and communications is responsible for oversight of all regional marketing and communications, including email/newsletter content, HBA brand expertise, social media accounts, website content, copy writing, media engagement and regional marcomm strategy.

Events, Education and Member Value Offerings (formerly Programming)

Responsible for oversight of regional and chapter programming strategy, mentoring and affinity group programs, regional conferences/summit planning and execution. Provides support to chapter programming teams for best practices, planning and strategy.
