HBA Newsletter and submission deadlines

HBA has a monthly newsletter and chapters/regions are welcome to submit content for inclusion to better engage members. Regional/chapter articles should be gathered by the Regional Marketing COE and submitted all together in a Word document to marketing@hbanet.org. The 2019 Newsletter dates and submission deadlines can be found below.

  • Content is due: the fourth Monday of each month (with a few exceptions, see schedule)
  • Newsletter is sent to all HBA members and nonmembers on our mailing list on the first Wednesday of each month and includes HBA global news and regional/chapter news specific to that individual's specific location.
  • Articles should not promote upcoming events as this is the purpose of our weekly Event Digest email
  • Click rates can be tracked for specific articles by inquiring via email to marketing@hbanet.org with the request
