Chapter board structure

HBA Chapter Boards are comprised of six leaders: three on the Executive Committee and three Directors-At-Large. See below an example of the potential committee leadership and/or sub-committee structures that could be built under each of the Directors, but a general best practice is to capture volunteers on more general committees (such as your Programming Committee), identify leads for key projects or workstreams, and leverage your other volunteers as needed, shifting their focus based on their skills/interest and your teams needs and plans.
