Regional mentoring programs can build a committee of volunteers to assist with the overall execution of the program.
- Desired/ideal experience:
- For Mentoring Director: Former Mentoring Program Deputy Director
- For Deputy Director: Former Mentoring Program Committee Chair
- For Committee Chairs: Former Mentoring Program Committee member
- For Committee members: Former mentees or mentors in an HBA mentoring program
- The Mentoring Director (MD) and Deputy Director (DD) constitute the program’s executive leadership.
- All volunteers must be current HBA members.
