GAP Program Policies and Eligibility

Programs will only be launched for current, eligible (purple, gold and silver level) HBA Corporate Partners.
If a Corporate Partner at any point renews their partnership, but not at an eligible partnership level, the HBA will maintain their programs through to completion without option of relaunch.
Should a Corporate Partner discontinue their HBA corporate partnership, their ongoing program/s will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine if the HBA will manage the program(s) through to completion. The HBA will do their best to see programs through to completion if HBA resource availability allows.
The number of Ambassador Programs indicated in a partnership package refers to the number of programs that can be running concurrently at any given point in time.
