They drive the HBA's global strategy with geographically relevant adaptations to ensure maximum value and impact. Working with and supporting the regional leaders within their geography to operationalize the strategic plan, they have decision-making capability and fiduciary responsibility and provide insights to the Global Board toward future global strategy.
