The leader of a particular sub-focus area (or areas) within the department; Optional, based on need
- A member of the department leadership team, provides strategic insights into their specific focus area(s) to better inform department planning/activities
- Leads their regional committee (see next slide)/committee members to develop and execute on department priorities, tasks and activities in line with their focus
- Responsible for committee/committee members success: ensuring all are trained/have access to required materials for their role, that they deliver on expectations and comply with HBA policies/standards.
- Assists with the succession planning of the department, building the department teams and understanding department’s talent pipeline
