Committee members are responsible for nurturing tasks and functions, delivering functional impact in the geography for specific projects. The Committee Leader will support members and will collaborate and coordinate closely with other committee members.
The three Value committees are:
- Affinity Group committee, responsible for the oversight of regional Affinity Group (AG) programs and the development of new AGs
- Mentor program committee, responsible for the geography-wide mentor program
- Signature events committee, responsible for creating and delivering value through strategic, impactful events relevant across the geography
