As HBA member leaders and volunteers depart their roles and/or volunteering in general, it is a best practice to capture their feedback via our Volunteer Exit Survey or a live Exit Interview asking similar questions.
As volunteer leave your team, please ensure you capture their exit feedback (you, also, can provide it back to the HBA via the exit survey on their behalf) so we can continue to improve our volunteer programs.
Also be sure to document if the volunteer is simply taking a pause in their volunteer engagement so you can easily follow up in future.
