- Regional council member, advising the regional leadership on functional area priorities/insights and in charge of regional strategic planning and budgeting
- Leads communications of functional strategy within the region, ensuring collaboration, alignment and working to drive HBA Global functional priorities/strategy across all departments and chapters.
- Uses data-driven insights to inform department planning, activities and goals
- Mentors, coaches and supports department leaders and volunteers in their leadership/career development. Practices proactive succession planning to ensure their role and essential roles within their department are always filled.
