Office Closures and Key Dates (Please note this will continuously updated, so check back in)

• We will not be allowing programming to run on the following dates.
• Staff will not be available for event support or troubleshooting during office closures
• Regular office hours resume on the next business day following each closure and we will do our best to answer questions in the order they were received. 

Standard Office Hours: 

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (EST) HBA is not able to support events held on the weekend. 
• Summer Fridays: Mid-May (2026) through the first week of October (2026), offices close at 12:00 p.m. (EST)

Federal Holidays (14 Standard Closures) these dates are blocked for US and Europe.
