The GAP Dashboard is currently housed on Airtable. It is essentially the collaborative working space GAP uses to track our participating and prospective companies, upcoming programs, service actions, and tentative member leader assignments. Here is a quick walk-through of the Dashboard and how to use it.
Reminder: once program and assignment data is OFFICIAL it is entered into the GAP Tracker for data/historical tracking.
PEM Tracking
Interactions, follow ups and check-in details can be logged directly in Airtable. To do so, in the Program List, click to Expand the program record, then add a Comment on the right-hand side.
NOTE: if you are made aware of an issue of any kind that is outside your realm of comfort to solve, please escalate to HBA staff immediately for resolution.
