How to open an event for registration

  1. Fill out appropriate set up form for event (educational or  networking; engagement events can be found here)
    1. If you have any questions about filling out your set up form, please contact kcammer@hbanet.org
  2. Submit completed set up form and any supporting documents to events@hbanet.org. Ideal timing to submit events is 6-8 weeks in advance.
  3. Once open for registration, monitor event attendance
  4. If you have speakers at your event, please submit a signed Speaker Agreement for each speaker

Prior to the event

  1. Establish onsite volunteers
  2. Print name badges
