- Fill out appropriate set up form for event (educational or networking; engagement events can be found here)
- If you have any questions about filling out your set up form, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- Submit completed set up form and any supporting documents to email@example.com. Ideal timing to submit events is 6-8 weeks in advance.
- Once open for registration, monitor event attendance
- If you have speakers at your event, please submit a signed Speaker Agreement for each speaker
