The end of the program is a special occasion where the cohort comes together to reflect, review their personal, group, and organizational successes, and to celebrate.
The HBA Advisors will prompt the Champions and executive committee to begin Graduation planning near the midyear mark, and will provide insights and guidance on the execution of the plan for their cohort’s graduation. Most cohorts elect to hold a live event (in-person or virtually), inviting all Ambassadors, Champions, Executive Sponsors, HBA Advisors and other guests.
