HBA email blasts, or eblasts, should be used sparingly but can be requested under special circumstances to inform individuals about important information such as regional conferences, mentoring programs, summits or other "special" events. Requests must be made to marketing@hbanet.org via the regional marketing COE 7-10 days in advance of the send date and include the email's text content, suggested subject line and target recipients.
If a crucial element of an upcoming event has changed and you need to contact registered attendees immediately (i.e. the venue has changed, event is being cancelled or rescheduled, etc.), please allow at least 48 hours and mark your email request as Urgent/High Importance. HBA Central marketing staff will do their best to accommodate your mailing.
