The regional council chair manages the leadership team in the region to set a coordinated strategy for the region and ensure each leader is managing her/his area efficiency and effectively coordinating their plans and activities across the region with their peers.
The regional deputy chair is the central point of contact for all regional council operations. Responsible for effective communications between the council and HBA Central, oversees appointment process for all regional council positions and ensures effective integration of new affiliates and chapters into regional operations.
The regional council treasurer oversees all financial aspects for the region and provides financial consultation and guidance to council members and chapter presidents.
