HBA Central has developed an annual planning timeline to make the process easier for chapters, regions, and Affinity Groups.
- Succession Planning: Succession planning worksheets will be developed and shared by early July and completed by mid-September
- Program Planning: High-level 2025 program plans are due by early August to HBA and Regional Treasurer
- Budget Planning: Budget templates and guidance will be distributed to regions by early August, with final edits due by end August
- Awards and Recognition: Request for annual volunteer award survey is due by early August
