General manager

The general manager provides strategy and sets goals for growth, keeping the affiliate in a continued forward motion to meet the criteria to become a chapter.

Operations support

The operations support manager works with the general manager to plan and execute board meetings, ensures affiliate compliance with policies, procedures and financial guidelines and serves as the central point of contact with regards to affiliate operations.

Marketing and communications

The marketing and communications DAL ensures affiliate compliance with HBA branding and is the primary liaison between the affiliate and HBA Central for event marketing/promotion and any affiliate communications.

Membership and volunteer engagement

The membership and volunteer engagement DAL is responsible for new member outreach, radical hospitality at events, identifying membership guest speakers and volunteer placement and tracking.


The programming DAL is responsible for affiliate event logistic management and is the primary venue and sponsor liaison for affiliate events.
